19 members of the Lucchese crime family in New York have been arrested on federal racketeering charges in an indict that includes gambling, narcotics, murder, and wire fraud.
The expectation is that the family will face the vaunted RIDO predicates, if the government can establish that one person is guilty of participating in a continuing criminal enterprise, everyone can go to prison for thirty years to life.
The FBI bust reached every level of the family, from the street boss Matthew Madonna, all the way down to his capos, soldiers, and associates.

NBC posted a full list of the gangsters, along with nicknames that seem like something out of a Hollywood picture.
The sting operation is a crippling blow to organized crime in New York, very rarely is every crew in one family busted at the same time unless someone turned states evidence, and is headed for witness protection.
The US Attorney in Manhattan is expected to hold a press conference later today.
