Heros come in all shapes and sizes.

Vickie Williams-Tillman, a 56 year old woman from Baton Rouge Louisana, was on her way to do some errands when she noticed a police officer arguing with a younger man during a traffic stop.

She stopped to ask if the cop needed help right before he was suddenly attacked.

The cop attempted to arrest him, but the young man got a hold of his baton, and started striking the cop in the head violently.

Williams-Tillman, after calling reinenforcements, springs out of her car, jumps on the man’s back, and holds her own long enough for the cops to show up.

An extraordinary brave effort from an everyday citizen, perhaps her example can inspire others to do the same thing.

Williams Tillman was honored by the Baton Rogue police department in heart warming press conference, and her amazing story has gone viral on the internet.
